WHEN TO USE
 - Apply once or twice a day after cleansing with hydrating Milk Clarity.

HOW TO USE
 - Apply a pea size amount and pat gently using your ring finger. Make sure to work the Truth Serum into the entire area surrounding the eye, including under the eye, brow bone and crease.
- Follow with Eye Relief.
