I was so pleased with the buff stip when the salesperson demonstrate it. I was quickly disappointed with the 'free' replacement gift if cost $5.95 plus $3.95 S/H. The enveloped was stamped $1.00. Hand cream is not very good. Save your money.

I am very disappointed. I was approached and purchased the nail kit, assuming the sales pitch was true...I've got a free gift card with no where to redeem it and nail buffers that where out within 2-3 uses. I was told I could get free refills for 2 years, only to find out I'm being charged $5.99. Bad choice.

I bought it 3 nights ago and after 2 people using it, the strips are already wore out. That's pathetic. I was going to be charged $50 for it (which is not a price worth paying!!) and they finally went do to $30. I was told that if they wore out, I had a two year warranty and that they would be replaced for free each and every time that I needed them. Obviously I was told wrong. I was also given a 'Gift Card' with my kit and was told to go online and click on the 'free gift link' to enter my promotional code. I can't even find the link. I am very disappointed about this. I love the product but do not appreciate being told wrongly about things that cost quite a bit.

LOVE THE WHOLE SET. But like everyone else said the strips do not last long at all! The lotion is wonderful to works very well and smells awsome

I also would like to say it is a great product. But the strips do not last very long I did my daughters nails and they did not turn out at all like the one the demo did. I would like to know the secret.

I too was told recplacement strips were free when I purchased the kit. Results are amazing however, buffer strips wore out quickly. Friends and family are interested in purchasing kits, but not if the buffer strips wear out quickly and there IS a charge for replacing them.

I reluctantly stopped as the young man approached me. I almost walked away when he told me the price but we kept talking. I hate doing my nails, use clear polish and end up taking it off. This is the product for me. I'm especially pleased that it has no chemicals and is strengthening my nails. Thank you.

I love the nail buffer! It didn't last long though because as soon as I got it home, everybody wanted to use it.

I thought when I was stopped in the Mall'This can be all that, I was truely amazed! I have to admit I love this product, I will definately being trying more of their products. (No need for polish & my nail are actually going strong!)

I bought three of your kits at my area mall.. I was so amazed at what your products does! But the strips didn't last but two days when I got home and did my nails, my husbands nails and a friends!

This is a great product, couldn't believe my eyes when demonstrated for me at the mall. Purchased and finished both hands, looks great, didn't change after baking for two days straight, and scouring my kitchen sink, and doing other household chores. Truly amazing. Everyone at work was amazed and wants to purchase. Like the other review, no chemicals, not polish but looks like they are polished.

I love this product, it makes my nails look beautiful, it makes them stronger and grow faster and I don't need to apply clear nail polish anymore, thanks I LOVE IT everyone should try it!!!!
